Yes and it was there in episode 306 as well. I thought so many complained over Jamie not being happy enough or something like that but I thought well, he's keeping all these feelings inside and his secrets of course he is hesitant and perhaps a bit distant which of course is seen much more in 307. He is not being Jamie because he is A. Malcom now, a smuggler with LOTS of secrets. He's trying to hold it all together. And how to tell Claire without losing her.
Which ties to the "shades of a lie" scene. I know he's lashing out at Claire but it's also like he's deperate to know/understand Claires feelings on different types of lies. He needs her to fogive him for the lie he's still not told. And when Jamie is upset, (aka feeling guilty at himself, he does get angry with the person he's talking to. Misdirection of the anger he's carrying inside)
